Company History
Established in 1977 Indumel Cleaning has grown from a single contract small business to one servicing more than 70 sites in the local area.
We only operate in this area and all sites are managed from a local office. Response time is minimal and communication is good.
Hours of Work
We operate seven days per week -- early morning -- after hours evening -- daytime shifts -- night shifts.
We operate a 24 hr pager service so there is always a manager available on call.
Site management and communication
Our area manager will contact you at intervals to be mutually agreed to carry out a customer satisfaction survey to ensure that the required standards of cleaning and hygiene are in place. These surveys are copied to senior management which maintain lines of communication. Senior managers are available to visit at any time.
Area supervisors visit sites during the cleaning operation to inspect standards at regular intervals.
We have a dedicated order line for delivery of cleaning materials and consumables.
Site Access
We can either access your site while your own staff are on the premises or if you have on site security. Many of our staff are reliable key holders with responsibilty for securing and alarming sites after completion of the clean. We are not a security company therefore spare keys and customers alarm details are not kept on our premises.
Health & Safety
This company operates a policy in line with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
A site file will be provided to include:
- Site specific risk assessments.
- C.O.S.H.H data sheets.
- Portable appliance listing and test records.
Standards
From commencement of a cleaning contract we will maintain a high standard.
To maintain a high standard we will provide the correct volume and quality of cleaning materials and equipment.
All staff will receive on site training in the correct use of materials and equipment. |
